As a program of Initiatives of Change, HIC is part of a national and international network of individuals and organizations working to create healthier communities with opportunity for all. HIC and its partners convene forums and conferences to highlight best practices and effective collaborations.
In June 2009, Hope in the Cities played a leading role in hosting The Trust Factor, a national forum at the University of Richmond. Read the report.
In 2007, Hope in the Cities worked with leaders of the Dayton Dialogue on Race Relations, an HIC affiliate, to host Building Trust in America. Read report.
